Shipping policy

All orders are processed on the same or next business day unless unforeseen circumstances occur. Our normal shipping hours are from 6 am - 3:00 pm CST Monday through Thursday. No shipping occurs Friday-Sunday. All questions should be directed to orders@dubro.com or by calling 847-526-2136. Shipping service selected may be substituted for a better/faster service at shippers discretion.
