All orders will be processed in the order they are received.
Orders placed after our regular office hours will be processed the next business day. Note: there is no shipping between 3PM CST Thursday through Sunday.
Any returns must receive prior authorization by calling 847-526-2136 for instructions.
Orders will be shipped by USPS, UPS or Speedee Delivery.

All orders are final once received and processed.
