Attach ski to mounting block using 4-40 X 3/8" slotted pan head screws and split washers (provided).

 

Slide inner collar on axle and secure with set screw. Now place ski on axle. Place spring on axle as shown against mounting block (there is a right & left spring-left shown). NOTE: "Flex" tail end of spring slightly rest on ski. Now place outer collar on axle against the spring, adjust angle (a slight up angle is suggested) of ski and tighten collar firmly using a thread locker compound on screw threads. NOTE: When you set the ski angle it is advisable to file a "flat" on the axle where the set screw bears for a positive lock.

Ski's will perform best on packed snow or ice.
